Dental
Dental health is very important to a happy healthy life. People ask
questions everyday about bad breath and poor eating habits.
Ideally you should brush your pets teeth daily .. However, we understand
that not all pets will be willing to cooperate. There are pet foods that will
help in the prevention of plaque build up, but a yearly teeth cleaning
would be best.
Plaque build up, gum disease and infection can cause
a variety of problems. Illness, loss of appetite and bad
breath are just a few.
A Dental Visit for your pet:
Teeth Cleanings are done by appointment only.

Your pet will need to be at the Clinic between 8:00am and 9:00am unless
other arrangements have been made in advance. (
please withhold food
the morning of the cleaning
)

The cleaning will be performed early in the day starting with a sedation
injection. Any extraction's necessary will be done while your pet is asleep.
The cost for a Teeth Cleaning will vary depending on
the amount of sedation necessary, if there is any
infection and if any extraction's are needed. We can
give you a general price range when you call for the
appointment.
